All Light is Fire

Sunlight is fire. Moonlight is reflected fire. Electricity is fire. All of our light is rooted in fire. (Ok, I guess there are some bioluminescent fish…but you get what I mean.)

My primary elements are Earth and Fire – i.e. lava. But I feel like Earth is a given, on this planet–fire is what makes us special. Fire is what makes us strive to be more than walking bags of meat. Fire is what pushes us to go beyond what we know. Fire is learning, fire is growth, fire is expansion. Fire is the certainty of purpose, the intensity of passion, and the searing pain of purification. The strongest steel is forged in the hottest fire.
